Court records filed in a New York court indicate the case was closed Monday, the Associated Press reported.
The couple were married in Italy in 2006. They have a 6-year-old daughter, Suri.
Holmes filed for divorce June 28. She and Cruise reached a settlement in their divorce proceedings July 9, less than two weeks later.Their lawyers and representatives wouldn’t disclose details.
"We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri's best interests," a joint statement released by the couple read at the time. "We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other's roles as parents."
